Refunds

Paid plans, credit top-ups, domains, and mailboxes are not on sale yet. There is nothing to refund.

Before paid sales open, contact cs@shamarr.ai with the charge reference and what went wrong. We will review duplicate charges, failed fulfilment, and unused plan time. A completed domain registration cannot be cancelled by shamarr.
