What we collect

Your sign-in details, business profile, site content, photos, workspace activity, credit use, and technical error logs. We do not collect card details. Payment pages are not open.

Where it goes

Supabase provides Postgres and Auth in the EU. Cloudflare provides Workers, KV, Queues, and R2 storage. Backups are encrypted. Published snapshots are kept so owners can restore older versions. Other backup retention is 14 days, then 30 days when customer data is present.

AI providers

We send the business details needed to build or edit your site. We use placeholders for contact details where possible. Providers are xAI, with Anthropic and Google as fallbacks. xAI keeps API prompts for up to 30 days. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your choices

You can ask for access, correction, export, or deletion of your business data under the Nigeria Data Protection Act. Published snapshot history is removed on request unless we must keep it for a legal reason. Contact hello@shamarr.ai.
